You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. • Please avoid any stains on the walls. • Please don’t rearrange the furniture. • Please do your dishes after cooking, make sure to clean the kitchen counters and stove top thoroughly, avoid leaving any food spills or crumbs behind. • Please ensure that you use only the refrigerator space provided for your room. Kindly respect the allotted space for other guests and refrain from storing your food items in their designated areas. • Please wash all the utensils that you use and ensure they are completely dry before storing them back in their respective places. • Please take the trash out before you leave. • No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. • All shoes must be removed at the door, there is a shoe rack in the closet close to the door. • Please respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum between 8 pm -8 am. • Descent dressing when in the common areas, clothes should be worn. • Smoking will not be permitted inside the home or garage. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied. • Follow all parking instructions provided in the check-in instructions. We are not responsible for any towing fees. • If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, penalty fee for non-compliance is $1000 and Guests will also be asked to vacate the premises immediately. • No illegal activity or inappropriate social behavior will be tolerated. In the event of such activities, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. • The home will be very clean upon your arrival. I ask that you leave it neat and tidy on your departure. If a greater cleaning service is required, then an extra fee of $200 will be charged. • The house is cleaned routinely only on Saturdays, guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the house for the remaining days of the week. • No additional guests greater than the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted unless prior approval has been granted by the Host. • Please notify us immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified to improve your guest experience. • Any damage to the property should be reported immediately. Damages resulting from careless or negligent behavior will result in additional fees. • Any missing items are subject to additional fees. • Guests should not use our white towels to remove makeup/foundations, creams, tanning products, or any other products that might stain. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. • Unless prearranged with the host, late checkouts longer than 30 minutes will be charged a fee of $20/hour. In cases in which other guests will be arriving the same day, late checkouts may not be available. • With prior approval, both an early check-in and a late check-out can be guaranteed in advance for an additional fee to be determined by the Host. • Help us conserve energy. Kindly turn off the stove lights after cooking, turn off every other lights when leaving the kitchen, living area and hallway • The primary guest will be held accountable and liable for all actions of the non-registered guests. • Although we always do our best to schedule any property needs around guest stays, occasionally, hosts, cleaners, or maintenance personnel may need access to the property during a guest stay. In the event of an emergency, personnel reserve the right to enter the premises at any time after written notice is given regardless of acknowledgment or permission by the guest. In a non-emergency situation, personnel reserve the right to access the property after 24 hours written notice is given regardless of acknowledgment or permission by the guest.
