We kindly ask that no parties or events are held. If a party occurs without prior permission, a $500 fee will apply, and guests may be asked to leave immediately. An additional $350 cleaning fee will be charged for any post-party cleanup. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. A $500 fee will apply for any violations, plus additional cleaning fees to remove odors. We love pets, but unfortunately, we can’t accommodate them here. Illegal substances or activities are strictly prohibited. If any such behavior occurs, guests may be asked to vacate the premises immediately. Please ensure all guests are registered. The primary guest is responsible for the actions of all visitors. For parking, please use the garage or driveway. Street parking is not allowed, and parking on the grass will result in a $250 fee. To keep our bedrooms fresh, please avoid eating or drinking in them. We value our neighbors' peace and quiet, so we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 8 pm and 8 am. During the summer, please set the air conditioning thermostat to 78°F when you leave. In the winter, set the heater to 65°F before you go. Please respect our check-in and check-out times. If you need a little extra time, let us know in advance—otherwise, a fee of $20/hour will apply for late checkouts longer than 30 minutes. We ask that you take care of the furnishings during your stay. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit. To keep our home looking great, please avoid any stains on the walls and refrain from rearranging the furniture. Before you leave, we kindly ask that you do your dishes and take out the trash. We do our best to provide a clean and tidy space for your stay. If extra cleaning is required after you leave, an additional $150 fee may apply. Please follow the parking instructions provided in your check-in details. We are not responsible for any towing fees. If something isn’t working properly or gets damaged, please let us know right away so we can fix it as soon as possible. If linens or bath towels are used improperly and become stained beyond repair (e.g., using them to remove makeup), the cost to replace them will be charged to you. In the rare case of an emergency, our team may need to access the property immediately after notifying you. For non-emergencies, we’ll provide 24 hours’ notice before entering.
