House Rules

• Please respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum between 10pm-7am. • Smoking will not be permitted inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains will be applied. • Follow all parking instructions provided in the check-in instructions. We are not responsible for any towing fees. • If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $250. Guests will also be asked to vacate the premises immediately. • No illegal activity or inappropriate social behavior will be tolerated. In the event of such activities, guests will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. • The home will be very clean upon your arrival. I ask that you leave it neat and tidy on your departure. If a greater cleaning service is required, then an extra fee of $150 will be charged. • No additional guests greater than the number of guests listed on your reservation will be permitted unless prior approval has been granted by the Host. • Please notify us immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified to improve your guest experience. • Any damage to the property should be reported immediately. Damages resulting from careless or negligent behavior will result in additional fees. • Any missing items are subject to additional fees. • Guests should not use our white towels to remove makeup/foundations, creams, tanning products, or any other products that might stain. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest. • Unless prearranged with the host, late checkouts longer than 30 minutes will be charged a fee of $25/
